The website

This site describes stacketr and distributes its builds. Don't attack the site, don't scrape the release files to re-serve them as your own, and don't misrepresent modified builds as ours.

The software

Use of the stacketr software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement. The summary that matters most: free for your own business; your data is yours; no warranty — the machine is provided as is.

Installations and fleet work

Work the lab performs on your premises (survey, installation, migration, commissioning) is quoted and agreed per project in writing. These terms don't create that engagement by themselves.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, the lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from this website or the downloads it serves. Keep backups — with this machine, that's a folder copy away, and it's on both of us to say so.

Changes

Changes to these terms replace this page with a new effective date. Questions: use the contact form.
