Whale is provided as-is during the preview, without warranty of any kind. You run it on your own machines, at your own judgment; back up your folder and test before relying on it.

Don't redistribute modified binaries as ours. Every official artifact is published with its checksum at /download; anything that doesn't match the published SHA256SUMS isn't whale.

A source release is in preparation. Until then the preview binaries are free to download and run.
