stacketr End User License Agreement

1. The license

Whale Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run stacketr on hardware you own or control, free of charge, for operating your own business. You may make as many backup copies as you like — that's the point of the machine.

2. Your data is yours

Everything the machine records lives in a folder on your hardware. The lab claims no rights over your business data, receives none of it in normal operation, and has no way to reach into your machine. Deleting the folder is a real delete.

3. What you may not do

Don't resell the software itself as a product, don't remove or forge the lab's marks, and don't distribute modified builds under the stacketr or Whale Labs name. Running it, studying it, and building your business on it are all explicitly fine.

4. Paid tiers

stacketr Pro, Fleet, and lab-performed installations are governed by their own written agreements. This EULA covers the free machine; it doesn't entitle anyone to support, updates, or field service.

5. No warranty

The machine is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You are the operator: keep backups (copy the folder), test before you trust, and run the approval gates like they matter — they do.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, the lab's total liability arising out of this license is limited to the amount you paid for the software — which, for the free machine, is zero.

7. Termination

This license ends if you breach it. Sections 2, 5, and 6 survive. Your data was never ours to take back — the folder stays with you either way.

8. Changes

New revisions of the machine may carry a new EULA, which applies when you choose to install that revision. Questions: use the contact form.
